"Dr. Brougher is a good doctor. He's easy to talk to. I've been going to him most of my adult life. This review is more of a reflection on how the appointment process goes. They've updated the phones to where you leave a voicemail now (because they do not answer the phone). It makes the process difficult. I've been trying to get an appointment set up for with them for THREE DAYS. I've left voicemails and so have they but we keep playing phone tag. I'm out of meds but I can't get an appointment scheduled to get more. -update: the staff in the front was VERY helpful in getting me rushed into an appointment the next day. I could tell the woman really cared. They also told me about a way to schedule an appointment on "My Chart". I changed the review from 2 stars to 3. I will up that when they hire another phone receptionist so I can speak with someone if need be. -I will update this review periodically.-"

"Evansville primary care has rhe most compassionate doctors in the tri-state area. Dr Brougher and his staff especially Amanda are amazing. She always goes above and beyond to make sure the patients get the best care and fast treatment. "There's a lot of Truth in most of these reviews. For one Dr Schultz really is great, however I am at the point where I am ready to switch doctors because the office staff has continually let me down for years now. As others have stated they simply do not return calls and they do not seem to care at all about the patients. So much of my time has been wasted just trying to get simple things like PAs submitted, and all I ever get from them is a bunch of passing the buck and playing ignorant. Being ignored like this is absolutely disrespectful and I think it's time to find another doctor if they can't make it right. I would like to think they will see this review and reach out to me and try to assist, but I am almost 100% certain this will not happen."
