"The hateful women sitting at the receptionist desk in immediate care clinic side should not have a job . I have never been treated as poorly and rude as she was to me . She basically sent me away and gave me every reason as to why they wouldn’t see me today when I was seeking help . I wasn’t even able to finish my sentence and say why I was coming there to be seen before she told me to go home and get over it basically . I have never been so disappointed and treated so poorly by the staff here . The lady at the front desk should not have a job after turning me away and telling me I had no reason to be seeking care at there facility. Highly disappointed and I will never go to this facility again or recommend it to anyone . I will make sure everyone knows how I was treated and they should seek help everywhere else but at this facility . To the women at the desk you should be ashamed of yourself and lack of compassion you have. You are the exact reason that gives healthcare workers a bad reputation. I needed help and was turned away at the door by this hateful and forced to go somewhere else due to her cruel behavior ."

"Someone in their billing dept needs training in order to process OPTUM, Veteran health care sys, claims. I was treated in June 2023, and the bill is still being sent to me, even after the VA rep contacted them with the information they needed to process the claim."
