"Avoid this company at all costs. After charging extra for their tax service, and then having to file an extension because they took so long, they STILL managed to file 2020 taxes incorrectly. It’s 2023 and we are still trying to fix what they messed up. When we asked them for help, they delayed filing the amended return for several months, and now another year later have told us to contact the IRS ourselves. I have never experienced such poor service from any business. I understand mistakes happen, and would rate this firm higher if they were willing to own the mistake. However, pushing it back to us repeatedly and offering minimal assistance/not standing by their work is unacceptable. There is no point in hiring a CPA for your taxes if they don’t: a-do the taxes correctly and b-stand by their work/fix what they messed up."

"Make sure you ask about prices up front. They will not discuss them with you ahead of time, and I have never had such bad sticker shock in my life, on any service. Zero warning that they would charge by the minute for phone calls either, or that an estate with zero financial activity over the course of the prior year would cost me the hundreds of dollars that it did. Just absolutely blindsided with no recourse. Do not recommend if you are an individual filing any sort of taxes. When expressing my displeasure (politely) about the bill, they even went so far as to say something a long the lines of, hey at least you inherited a lot so it shouldn't be an issue right?"

"By far the best group of accountants i have used for my business. They were so great handling my personal taxes and getting me prepared for tax season that i could think of no one better to handle the taxes for my business as well. i absolutely use the LeCroy group year round and i couldn't be happier. I don't understand the reviews saying the group is overpriced, obviously they only see price and ignore value."

"One of the worst professional experiences of my life. They wanted to overcharge me for my taxes and just expected me to deal with it. They charged me 5x more than the next accountant with little to no reasoning or accuracy. Went elsewhere and saved money off of what they had shown me for my taxes."

"Competent CPA but very expensive. She charged $1200 to do my taxes with LLC, another CPA charged $250. I don't think my taxes are that complicated. It took her firm a couple of weeks usually to have our taxes ready, the new CPA about 1.5 hours. Please note I am comparing a CPA to a CPA, not a cheap tax service."
