"This year at H&R Block on University Mrs.Rith was absolutely amazing! She knew exactly what she was doing was very polite and was very accommodating and patient with our child that has autism. We had a little problem with the IRS not accepting our refund at first, but she knew exactly how to fix it and did so.We got back more than expected and enough for us to do what we NEED with this money. While my husband and I were both sitting there crying our eyes out and praising God she was right there with us the smile on her face showed that she was so happy for us. I really appreciate her and I really appreciate the fact that she understood that we had our child with Autism with us and she was VERY UNDERSTANDING AND DIDN'T GET FRUSTRATED OR UPSET AT MY DAUGHTER'S BEHAVIOR!! So I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mrs.Rith,she was awesome!!"

"My family really took a hit as a result of the extreme weather. So, even though I have done my own taxes for 15 yrs, I went into this office to apply for the advance. I expressed to the preparer that I really needed to try for the advance, even though the price for getting your return completed there are extremely high. I was told I needed to get my refund on this reload card. After we completed the return, I asked how long it would take to find out if I was approved. She stated a few minutes but it could take longer. So I waited until the next morning and heard nothing back. I then looked over my paperwork and discovered the preparer did not put in for the advance. I called the office several times that day and received to answer. I spoke with a CS rep who took my info and said someone will contact me. A manager from the store called me and stated that I paid for a return and they completed my return so I won't be getting a refund. I asked what could she did to rectify the situation. She said nothing because they didn't do anything wrong. So basically I got what I paid for. So now I'm out $339 with additional fees to get the money off the reload card. And I didn't even get a chance to try for the service I initially went in for. The manager was rude and condescending. I worked as an office manager for a tax preparation company for several years. I often get tax questions from coworkers and my current customers. I used to recommend H&R Block for services. I never will again. Not because of the neglect in my services, but because for the terrible way I was treated by a member of management."
