"Very true, reading the comments confirms my experience one day there, I never lived there but one day I passed by there and we saw the games for children and we started to play and they even told us that if we didn't live there we couldn't play hahahaha horrible racist people Hell, that's why garbage doesn't prosper, it's not for nothing that Indiana has an evil record of racism."

"The people there are racist. They made my wife, daughter and i leave for nothing. The woman(aka the so called propery manager) that approach us was rude and disrespectful. She didn't even think we were together and when she found out we were she was even more rude. We were thinking about renting from them but not anymore. This here is why racist can thrive."

"My mom lived there, they wouldn't fix anything that was asked of them, they tried to keep a monthly schedule on cleaning for her apartment. When she would do whatever they asked they still evicted her and now are causing her issues getting another apartment by saying she she didn't do what was asked of her. Sad that her old apartment has to do that to someone to keep them from getting in another apartment when she has satisfied all eviction issues and paid whatever she had to pay. and is settled in court."

"This place refused to rent to me because I get SSI. I have a section 8 voucher. When I went to the office to apply, there were people smoking pot and getting drunk. They don't like outsiders. The manager, Marla, is rude and obnoxious. Don't ever rent from this dump."

"Lived there for over 10 years. Used to be ok until new landlord came in and things started going downhill from there. The maintenance neglect outside work and take over a week to come fix a simple problem in an apartment. Land lady Marla is very rude and has no compassion or even decency for her tenants. Roaches in most apartments and cops seem to be around often for one thing or another. Look for something else"
