"This is not a professional department. I called to get public information on a warrant and was denied. Marie very rudely asked who told me they were public information. She did not like that I brought up FOIA. And then proceeded to tell me they choose not to give out information so they can make sure they arrest the people. I told her I didn't think FOIA was optional that way and I have spoken to 3 other counties today and noone has given me any problems but her. She finally told me what I was trying to find out. If they won't give out basic info what else are they covering up? The state should investigate. And if I can find what department in Montgomery i need to report them to i will."
