"I'm never renting from this company again. I rented an apartment from him. He ended up turning it into sleeping rooms. The rent was 1000 per month for a 3 bedroom full kitchen bath and laundry room. When it was turned into sleeping rooms I moved into the living room and another room that wasn't even apart of the apartment. They still charged me 1000 for it instead of negotiating a lower price so, I have to admit but I didn't pay anything because of that reason. Then they allowed the other tenants into my area while I wasn't there. And didn't tell me until after the fact and violated my personal space. They proceeded to say my animal soiled the floors and that I had other things that weren't allowed there. But I proved other wise. All in all they are rude and don't care about there tenants."
