"I called to report a veteran who is selling their pills Was told they couldn't do anything about it? I don't understand why? When vets are taking pills and selling them it's against the law and the vets who need them can't get them Why is this and who do I contact?"

"Doctors are limited on what to prescribe and what do not prescribe. They normally hide info about some conditions, trying to avoid to pay for what veterans deserve in compensation. Some doctors forget they are treating people with ptsd and start raising their voice and provoking the patients to leave without waiting for their special shoes they need when they need special shoes for diabetics. ...not good. They check every year how much you and your better half are making $, trying to stop you coming back to the VA, depending on what you are making. Some make less than the maximum requiered, but the VA said the opposite, so you have to show every year, how much you spent in medicines and services out of VA to have the right to be attended. They charge for some medicines like insulin... Veterans go to fight for liberty and democracy, for our country or other countries when they ask for our help. They were promised VA will be taking care of them. You can see the majority of the time the waiting rooms with just a few patients waiting to be attended. With a some exceptions like getting your new glasses."

"I brought my husband in for an appt today as a new patient from another state. The dr was rude and short with both of us. Dr Mandipalle talked over my husband and drew conclusions about him immediately. We tried to tell her of a new issue unrelated to anything before and she kept saying he had it before. We never saw a physician for this condition as it recently developed. We both just stopped talking knowing this would be our last visit with her. She said he had too many issues for us to keep bringing things up today. He did not receive adequate care . I’m very disappointed in this clinic."
