"Assistant administrator Roslin is on a power trip threatens her co workers on firing them over little mistakes or over anything"
"I'm not impressed with this facility at all. My grandparents were under their care for 9 months until I recently transferred them elsewhere as my Grandpa declined rapidly. He needed assistance with feeding and I feel staff didn't try to get him to eat therefore he declined rapidly. Staff seemed to have negative attitudes and my Grandparents felt like a burden in what should have been their home. Take your loves ones elsewhere if you want them to be loved and taken care of!"
"Do not put your loved one here. They come across as a christian establishment then you deal with lies, cheating you out of money and neglect of your loved one. My mom was removed do to their incompetence. They want your money. They do not care about your mom or dad, just their bottom line. It is not fair that employees are giving 5 star ratings to make them look good. Sandra Bryant, Marie Robinson. Miranda Stennett, infection prevention nurse, Rosalind Mason, assistant administrator, Brittany Little staff nurse, 5 star reviews from their employees."
"My friends family was not treated well. On occasions when we visited her mom she was not kept clean, the sinks were stopped up and the trash was overflowing. I feel she could have been taken better care of for the money they was charged for their services, this is just my opinion. One thing is for sure my mom will not be taken there."
"Johnny made his home at WBCV in 2012. He enjoyed making new friends there. He loved to tease the aides and nurses. He enjoyed the activities. Especially bus trips. Most of all he loved the chapel and Chaplain Mike Fields! Mike is one in a million and treats everyone with love. Johnny didn't ever miss a church service or Bible study unless he was sick. He was caring and always liked to visit and help others when he could. He is missed by his family. Johnny is pictured here with his Great Nephew Hank."
