"I went into warrior office dropped my taxes off and it took a week before I finally had to go back to office to find out if they were done and they hadn’t been, and a lady did them that Thursday and sent them off and called me , said it would take z7-10 days, that was Feb28, is April 19th and I still do not have my return , I called and spoke with her and there was something done wrong but she had corrected it on phone , an that was 10 days ago and still nothing , I ask for a refund on some of the 280.00 I paid because I still do not have my refund and have no way to get in touch with IRS to find out why !!! They have yet to reply on the refund to me or my taxes . Beyond disappointed, bad experience! I’ve done taxes with them for 6 years but no more!"
