"R.K Has Awful bedside manner. Lied about my testing results in my chart, that we’re done in office. The office wouldn’t allow me to switch residents even though I was able to switch a family member prior to this incident. Doesn’t deserve to thrive in this department. Should not be allowed to see patients. Rude about having to refill my medications. My insurance wanted me tested for and put into my file that my medicines were necessary and she didn’t want to put in the referral. Finally switched offices, and deciding to leave a review of my recent experience (been going to family practice since I can remember (5/6) years old. Now 24."

"I have left messages for my doctor. It's been already two weeks. They are supposed to call me for a follow-up appointment for my blood clots I had in my lungs haven't done that yet. I know they have seen my messages. I think it's very unprofessional for them to treat me like this. I have done everything they have asked. I had to look up on Google caused I can't seem to get a doctor to answer my question so I have treating myself."

"Horrible place DONT GO they waited 3 months just to tell me they don’t accept my health insurance after my bill gets super high when I could’ve been going somewhere else for free and my son also have the same health insurance as me and they failed to mention it until last minute so save yourself the money and headache because they are horrible at communicating but great at taking your money"

"This place treated me like I didn't matter. I had to constantly call and remind them about getting something in for me. They mixed up my paperwork. They didn't fax my paperwork (when they finally found it) when they said they would, and then they cancelled the order that went along with the paperwork without notifying me. The entire time I was the one who had to reach out to them to find out what was going on. It has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a doctor's office. I recommend keeping on top of the people at this place if you want something done."
