"They were so sweet and professional. They kept asking why I took a job in food servces and they and many others were trying to stir me away from taking the job..It was for insurance. First friends and family then this staff (I'm in my late 50') Even the physical therapist told me to come back if I needed anything.The job ended up beating me up both physically and emotionally. I'm in chronic pain now. They are the only bright spot for employees."

"If a zero could be given it wouldn't be low enough. I had to go to this location for a workers comp injury all I can say is be ready to wait for hours, endure extremely poor nurses and doctors, and make sure you triple check all paper work. They make you fill out 20 pages of information(exaggerated) but then use none of that while working your case so rely on them for care at your own risk. This place is an absolute disaster and deaconess should really have to make some changes. Do better deaconess"

"I wish I could give them 0 stars. Literally waited there for an hour just for them to tell me the thing I was there for was broken and that 2 people were still ahead of me to go. I just left and I will not be going back unless I HAVE to. The front desk was rude about everything and service obviously sucks. Do not go there"
