The front staff is always polite and helpful. The sweet tech remembered me from my last visit and was so kind. Love this clinic !"

"I am newer to the area & I made an appointment at this clinic for an overall checkup. I had to cancel the appointment due to a family emergency and called to do so within 24 hours. I then had to go for urgent care and they got me in right away and took care of the issue. The staff was very polite and the NP was wonderful. However, I was surprised when I recently got a letter from the clinic stating they will no longer accept me as a patient due to a missed apt that I did not reschedule bc I knew I would be out of town. I cannot prove this, sadly. Unlike the other apt I had (including urgent care), I did not receive any reminders, texts, emails or letter concerning the apt. It had been almost a month since contact with the office. I was told bc I had cancelled an apt before (even though it was within 24hrs) that it was a strike against me as well. I called to try and resolve the issue and the woman who answered assisted me & was helpful, but said there was nothing to be done and they would try to get the other doctor to see me in the future. With Covid and every thing going on, it’s unfortunate that this miscommunication resulted in me being the one dealing with the consequences. I am being punished for a mishap I did not cause & now have to try to find a practice that will be further from my area and if there’s an emergency in the future, I will have to find a different place for myself and my family that’s not close by. I have never dealt with this kind of situation with a doctor in my entire adult life."

"We have an appointment at 12:15 pm today and it’s currently 1:30. We were told 45 minutes. No one has told us anything. 3 people who have arrived after us and did not check in have gone back. This is a poor excuse of service and staff. We are paying for this medical care and it’s for our 1 1/2 daughter who might have the flu or something similar After finally being seen I have increased the stars from 1 to 3. The doctor we had was amazing with our daughter and was very polite."

"Dr. Veazey is great but the front desk staff here are rude. Not to mention they just change your appointment without consulting you.. just send a letter in the mail with your appointment a whole month later right in the middle of the day.. you should never reschedule someone’s appointment until speaking with the patient! That is enough for me to find a new doctors office. Won’t be back."
