"Had made an appointment with Dr. Joseph Lee, or so I thought. Arrived to find out they scheduled me with another Dr. On top of that they told me over the phone I could pay 10% of my outstanding balance. Upon arrival it was pay all of it or you can't be seen. All in all was a complete waste of my time and it was all due to poor secretary staff."

"Dr Matthew lee is the WORST doctor I've ever encountered. He is losing his mind worse then his father. The whole staff is worthless. I actually received better care from my veterinarian.the hack job of a doctor had the nerves to tell my 17 year old son with cerebral palsy that he didnt have anything wrong with him and to quit joking around about having his disability. Joseph Lee has been with me through good times and bad times. He was David doctor first and David said I should give him a try and I did and I like him very much he takes time to answer all of my questions ain't had no hurry he lets me know that you're running behind and so we get down to business right away but he always has time when I asked how his kids and his wife doing so get dr.lee a chance and you will find out is a very fine young man David started out with him when he took over dr. Bogle's patients dr. Joseph Lee ask a lot of new ideas and he will try them if they don't work he goes back to the old ways work with of and he let's give him a try you kno who knows he made me the best thing that hit who knows he m and his sister they say she's come along fantastic to that's Doctor Catherine dr. Matt where in the beginning I didn't like him but I begin to fall in love with him also so the three of them get 5 stars from me so my name is Lana hagemann God bless to all"

"I took my son to Dr. Joseph Lee. I barely had time to sit down before they were calling my son's name. He was very helpful and prescribed me what I needed, and told me exactly what to Do! After reading the rest of the Google reviews I was a little weary about taking him there, but I was not disappointed! My visit was amazing and I would definitely recommend him to friends! And I will definitely take my next baby there after she is born!"

"We lived in SW Indiana for about 1 1/2 years and, unfortunately, I established my children with this practice before anyone had a chance to warn me to avoid this place at all costs. The wait times were ridiculous and the appointments are rushed. The worst thing for me so far has been trying to obtain my children's records now that we have moved. After 3 weeks, 2 faxed requests, and 3 phone calls in the last week (one absolutely livid on my part), my new doctor's office finally received them; only to discover, two of the immunization records I need to enroll my children in school are missing! Another phone call ending with them claiming not to have them. Called the hospital my kids went to OVER TWO YEARS AGO, "Yes, we still have them. If you can fax us a request today, you'll have them by this afternoon." I have dealt with about a dozen doctor's offices, specialists, and dentists on the past 5 years and never, NEVER had any issues like this. The professionalism from Drs. Lee, Rapp, & Lee is a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."
