"I wouldn't recommend coming here to my worst enemy. Michelle was not only late but unprofessional. She was getting her eyebrows done while I was sitting patiently waiting on her to come to a appointment that was scheduled 2 days in advance. During our conversation she should have gave her two cents to the Arch 4 u place where she just left because I didn't need it. She also input my information wrong after I told her that she was putting the wrong informations. She continued to repeat like a child "You're doing it wrong" and ""I'm just letting you know." Can a member of management or higher up please contact me. This is concerning that you have ignorant and rude people like her work for you."
