"Woke up to my cat I've had for 8years not being responsive or acting right. Rushed to the vet they were open and all I needed was someone to tell me if my cat was ok.they didn't even seem to be concerned and were just smiling and talking money the whole time. Rude disrespectful and very pretty stupid to have a vet office open but no one willing to help in emergency situations.They told me I would be charged off hours pay if the vet would even look quick for me. Said the vet was only there to do rounds. It's pretty obvious to me that these people don't care enough to just take a quick look when nothing is going on and there are nurses standing around. I will never go back here. Thankfully there were other places willing to go above and beyond for my deeply loved important animal."

"I took my shitzu to be spayed. They did a wonderful job and as always the pricing was extremely reasonable. I would have given it five stars had it not been for the young girl at the front desk. I thought maybe she was just having a bad day. Not the case. She was even more sore and rude on our second trip when we returned to have the stitches removed. All other staff were great."

"Ripley & Riley has been coming here since we’ve moved to Evansville. My husband & I absolutely love the service they provide for our babies. Visits/Med price/ even surgery has always been affordable. Regardless if the wait time is long, it’s well worth it for these 4 legged kiddos. A few suggestions for newcomers: -Call and check what days walk ins are available. -Come in the day before to sign up on the list sheet outside and arrive early the day of your wanting to be seen. - && while you’re there go ahead and schedule a later appointment date for future visits."
