I was having issues with my kitchen faucet, I called to report it and they showed up the next day to look at it. I feel they went above and beyond to get it taken care of. They were friendly and clean- not at all like some maintenance people I've encountered before."

"My son and friends were a last minute rental. We are new too Bloomington and did not know we needed to rent almost a year in advance! We found finding him a quality place to be for the school year became almost impossible. Most places would not even call us back or respond to email. Then we found Nile Ridge. They were so helpful and treated us very kindly. She made the stress of sending my son so far away from home very calming. When we arrived, the apartment was better than we could have expected. It was clean and very nice. Not like when I was a college student. We are blessed to say the least at the attention and time this company took to help us and our son. They have been more than responsive in a world where customer service has become extinct. We highly recommend them without a doubt."
