"These people were never answering the door for 3 weeks, and then when they would, I would get a runaround about trying to get an apartment. They finally took my app and money order, and I didn't hear anything from them. I finally called 3 months later to find out I was denied. How do you not tell someone!"

"They made us leave at 7:30am before check in they are so heartless had to wait hours before check in now we have to wait 6hrs before we can go home cause they to cheap to pay my cat my handicap partner 9yr old daughter I was OK with it but now its not right I feel it is illegal I don't kno anyone here in Bloomington was never told I had to figure out 6hrs of place to stay so how am I supposed to figure out plan something that was never told to me I feel like their fake nice until it's important don't fall for their manipulation like I did"

"the remodel was very upscale very impressed more cabinets and drawers in kitchen Steve Taft and misty did a great job coordinating this she is a great manager and steve is great at guest relalationsvthe are all very top notch people!!! and"

"I have had two separate apartments at country view and I have been very happy with them. First of all, they are exceptionally large and modestly priced. Secondly anytime I've had a maintenance issue they have been right there to take care of it and they are always cheerful and always polite and respectful. New owners came in, and they have not been here long enough to change my mind. The only thing that I would like to see is more accessibility to someone in the office and more maintenance personnel on site. Due to covid and all the issues getting employees this may have a major effect on the problem. Time will tell. But I do like the complex, it is large and a lot of grass and trees old growth trees especially, well maintained, and I don't want to live anywhere else in bloomington."

"The staff is friendly and the repair staff is very fast acting. Lived here for three years and did not have any issues with those in the office. The only issues I would complain about is the lack of upkeep with the street lights when I had lived here and the presence of so much police surveillance. I never felt unsafe living here and would often walk my dog around the complex in the evening but there always seemed to be an officer there that clearly was not a resident."
