"I lived at Basswood Apartments for 12 years. It was a great place to live and I had a number of friends that also rented from Basswood. Anytime a maintenance issue came up, it was quickly fixed. Alexia and Ashley in the office are really great and work hard to make Basswood a pleasant place to live. There were numerous improvements that happened over the years I lived there that either maintained or improved the quality of living from a re-done pool, to parking lot improvements, to repainting the buildings and deck repair. I highly recommend living at Basswood Apartments."

"This place is awesome! The ladies that work in the office, Alexia and Ashley, are great. They are so understanding and they are willing to help you in any way that they can. They know how to get the job done. When we were signing our lease and moving in they were both really helpful and made the whole process a lot less stressful. Rent is very reasonable, especially for the quality of the apartments. The maintenance men are fantastic too. They are really quick when you put in a service request and they are really great when they are working in the apartment with our dogs. The apartments themselves are really well kept. We've never had any bug problems which is awesome because we live right by the woods. Everything about this place is great. I highly recommend considering Basswood."

"My husband and I lived there for several years (at least 6) while we were in college and for a bit after we graduated. We were living there when we had our son. If we ever had a maintenance request, they would fix it within a day or two. The maintenance guys were always friendly and respectful. I really wish they hadn't built that big hotel right on the corner next to the apartments but that's not their fault. The only negative was that it lacked a bit of style, but you can't be picky at that price. Basically, if you pay your rent on time and take care of the apartment, you won't have any problems."
