"We really loved living at Adam’s Village. The location is great, we appreciated the convenience of being close to 69 and liked walking on Clear Creek trail. Loved the pool in the summer. We also felt that the walls were well insulated - we never heard our neighbors on either side even though one had a dog. Maintenance was rare, fast and friendly. Thank you!!"
"Great place to live, awesome demographic for young professionals. Only negatives were the ever-increasing rent, amenity downtime, and lease buy-out. They charged me three months rent to buy-out my lease (~$5K). Be sure to time your lease accordingly."
