"The staff and Dr at this facility is nothing but a dope dealer who wants to control your life with just this, and if you question anything you are spoken to as a simpleton and brushed aside, if they make a mistake you can guarantee they will make it anyone's fault but theirs and then right you up for being the pill junkie they turned you into, when they make a mistake with a prescription. Unfriendly, Uncaring, unbelievable rude!!"

"Dr Folz was very nice and explained everything to me. Amanda Melvin, on the other hand, was completely different. Instead of helping me she, she only made things worse! And when I questioned her reasoning she came up with a bogus excuse! I would not recommend anybody seeing her. To me she exuded an air of being better than everyone else! I wish I could've seen Dr Folz instead of her, my rating would be 5 stars instead of 1! A big thank you to Dr Folz for trying to help me!"
