"Nice quiet neighborhood..."
"Anyone considering renting here, DON'T. They do not do anything for their tenants. My fiancé lives there and we have done almost all maintenance needed on the townhouse. They do not mow, they do not keep the grounds, parking lot, trash areas clean. They allow the residents guests to take up 5-6 parking spaces and do nothing. You cannot even park in front of you home in which you pay rent for. There are kids running around everywhere at all times of day or night that have 0 parental figures watching them, they are just free to terrorize. You call the office and they do not do anything to fix any issues. I do not want to give them any stars, but I cannot post with out putting at least one star. So please know, I am not giving them any stars!"

"Good bargain. Not terribly fancy but for the price it's worth it. Only problems are with maintenance. They don't actually fix problems with the unit when we call them."
