"Have been going to this doctor for 18 years! The doctor and nurse Paula are really good. I don't want to leave with bad feelings because he delivered my kids. He is Kind caring...and explains things. so was the nurse practitioner although all at once she just stopped seeing me not sure why.....But the office people are so rude to me! The lady literally said to me " you need to get it together" when I said to her only what the doctor had told me to do two days ago! Sorry I have been sick and did not call yesterday! I could not even speak to her because she just wanted to tell me how wrong I was over nothing. I asked to talk to him and they just started smarting off to me. That's fine they just want me to find another doctor like she said she would send my records somewhere else as fast as she could. Then I got updates of cancelled appointments I don't know why. I'm not rude to them....I only go there if I absolutely have to. I hate calling to even make an appointment because they are so rude. That is not how you should feel about contacting the person that takes care of your health. I don't get the care I need because I avoid going there! I normally get told to go to the walk in clinic. I wish I had!"
