"Updated 9/21/23 : I have read the previous reviews that are rated two stars are one star and I wholeheartedly agree with them. In addition I'll just say that the amenities here don't match the amount that you pay. I know they're trying to keep up with what the current rate is to rent however they haven't put money back into the apartments. They did build a nice welcome center and pond. But as you can see from my original text I've been here a while since I've been complaining about things since 2017 but will not replace my carpet even when I requested more than once. I've saved send plenty of money because of how long I've been a resident here. I'm only here because I need to stay close to my elderly mother. So yeah previous management was much better they kept up on things and didn't let the any stay and disrepair or allow the trees to be so overgrown, peel paint, street sign and signage to help people find addresses easily. I'm done complaining for now (Original review) Cheap wood used for patio fences are falling apart. They are leaving the car ports in disrepair so they can be removed once they are to dangerous to utilize. The Security Flood light on the roof above my door hasn't worked since 2017. I'm lucky that I haven't been a victim. Some buildings have wood siding in disrepair. And then my last lease that I signed indicates that I'M not getting a security deposit back. Wow"

"I have about 3 minutes to take a hot shower and then it goes freezing cold. A bath would be out the question. Maintenance said that it was because of the size of my water heater, however my laundry, washing dishes, my half bathroom down stairs, my upstairs sink, all maintains hot water!! My shower however, I cannot get in a full body wash before it starts freezing! Shaving... Don't even think about it! I don't know if this is due to maintenance or to the office manager Jessica that tells them to just pacify the resident. I have other issues going on as well!"

"I was greeted as soon as I walked in. There were people in the office that told me that these are some really nice apartments. Was able to get in that day to see some apartments. Fell in love with each one I seen. The staff were friendly and they came off as trustworthy. I was happy with the area because it looked clean and well maintained. It wasn’t a lot of noise minus the traffic on the highway but other than that I was super pleased. FYI the sound of the traffic did not bother me at all."

"My partner and I moved in Sept. 2021 and left Sept. 2023. When we signed our leases it was under a different management group then who we ended our lease with. The original group was not perfect and the condition of our apartment on move in day was far from that as well. Our toilet was not screwed into the floor (after two years and multiple requests sent in it still never got fixed), our carpets still smelled like pee from previous tenants, and the place was not clean. However, I would have chosen that 100 times over the management company that took over two days after we re-signed our 2022-2023 lease. This new management company is unavailable, unresponsive, extremely unfriendly, and they do everything in their power to tack on as much fees and expenses as possible. This place used to be a wonderful place to live. My older sister lived here from 2008-2011 and that is when I fell in love with it. She had nothing but great things to say about management and living there. Once we moved up to Indy this was the first and only place I looked. Now I can say that I wish I would have looked more so that we never had to experience the last year of this mess. Rent is continuing to raise despite what the place is worth. Do not waste your time."
