Willow Brook Apartments

"We were planned to tour these apartments. We arrived there on time like we were supposed to. The lady never showed up to tour. We got no phone call or anything back. Extremely unprofessional. I recommend staying far far away from this terrible place"

"The new management company have definitely improved and maintenance here. Along with new management also comes new and different rules now that you we are not allowed to BBQ outside anymore when we were allowed to BBQ at least 20 feet from the building now that changes with the new lease and that you have to pay a fee to pay your rent online now, which I don't understand that when the majority of the community out here are seniors and they live on a fixed income. we would love to get our screen doors back that the old management took away when they installed the new doors most tenants out here agree to that but overall it's still a nice place to live."
