"I’ve only done a tour here, but Madissen was amazing. She provided us with all information necessary. Good energy, very friendly, and I could tell she knew what she was talking about. The units I viewed looked good. Great kitchen space and the 2-bedrooms have even better closet space. Definitely considering this complex."

"Almost two years here and love this place. Staff is wonderful! Shout out to Madissen in the office! Thank you for all you do! Maintenance is on it! Never had to wait more than 24 hrs. for a service call. Grounds are well kept and very pretty. Love all the trees!"

"The assistant community manager, Amber Salazar, has been an absolute dream come true to work with. She's knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. When I had maintenance requests she was sure to forward them quickly and thoroughly, and everything was always completed to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this complex!"

"Not the worst, not the best. These apartments are nice in size but price has gone up about 20% or more each lease. The robberies are getting atrocious, my car has been broken into TWICE this year and the complex has made no changes to improve security in any way. They actually sent a letter telling us to “look out for the robbers for each other and call the police” The maintenance is great, love the entire team. They’re friendly, quick and for the most part they get the job done for you in the same day or immediate next day! The cats are a bit much, if you own a reactive dog but I don’t mind them personally. If you choose here, keep your personal items in your apartment and write down all serial numbers. I recommend a steering wheel lock and/or boot as well as a dash cam! Good luck! Editing my review to 4 stars due to remembering they also do flex rent which allows you to pay rent in 2 increments instead of one and the office is very good at responding!"

"Apartments are big and spacious. Was pleasantly surprised. Property is nice and clean. Madissen is wonderful!! I can’t say enough about her. She is knowledgeable and soo kind. She made sure all my needs were met. Had a hiccup in the beginning but she was on it very quickly and made things happen. Application process was very easy. Everything on line which makes it even better. So far no complaints. I would highly recommend this property. You won’t be disappointed."
