Reviews
"I think this property is beautiful. I've wanted to live there for over 5 years. Good experience with the office staff. They are so nice and helpful."
"I really can't understand what's going on with these apt communities lately! Not returning calls or emails and when you do finally talk to someone, they're rude. You can barely ask questions and they act like you're suppose to be happy with whatever they offer. The amount of reviews saying the same thing is definitely a red flag. It's a shame because these are nice apts but I wouldn't want the headache of trying to track down a representative for a response to a question or assistance in my apt."
"I love my apartment. I’ve been here going on six years. I don’t have any major problems with my apartment. I’ve always had issues with the leasing office. I typically pay my rent online and enter maintenance request online. The rare times I’ve actually need to go to the leasing office. The door is always locked on business hours. The main phone line only allows you to leave a message they don’t ever call you back. God for bid any emergency happens. You will not be supported while living here. If you have questions, you can forget about it. Today is Saturday they do have office hours. I attempted to go to Leasing office today for a very important business matter when they supposed to be open. Of course, the door was locked. I see the one representative that they do have car running outside. But the leasing office was locked so I sit in my car to wait to see if she will come out. She walks from behind the leasing office with her sweater hood on & jogging pants. Not in business casual wear at all which is very unprofessional. I try to get her attention. She completely ignores me. I walk up to her car window to give her a benefit of the doubt that she didn’t hear me. She rolls down her window slightly and say sorry I can’t help you right now. As I was telling her what I needed, she rolls the window up in my face and races off almost runs over my foot. I mean she took off so fast. I was literally was in shock. I don’t understand why the leasing office don’t want to help their tenants when they need something during business hours they supposed to be in the office. This is an ongoing issue. I am so glad that I am not disable. There are a lot of disable people in these apartments. So I feel sorry for them if they ever need help with anything because they definitely won’t be able to get in contact with anybody to help them. I don’t plan on staying here another year because I don’t feel supported & actually never have the entire time I’ve been here. This is my 3rd attempt to contact the office with his business matter!"
