"Just moved here in the Solana last month and honestly it has been a good experience thus far. They pre leased my apartment to me where they allowed me to pay all moving fees ahead. They were very prompt on getting my apartment ready and having my lease signed. More in specific, Janessa who is the assistant manager here did a amazing job making the process as smooth as possible for me. The community is very peaceful, the neighbors have been nice, my apartment was very clean and as spacious as advertised. I can say I have had a good experience with solana so far. The only inconvenience I can say is I can hear my upstairs neighbor every step clearly, which I can expect being at the bottom floor but doesnt bother me much. I recommend anyone who is looking for an luxurious place in a decent area, this would be a good recommendation. I hope my stay continues to be smooth which I have high feeling it will be. The only con I would express is the parking. The parking is very limited as its permit parking, so it is inconvenient for me to park slightly far from my apartment. Other than that, I give here 5 stars because you get exactly what you pay for."

"I lived at Solana over three years. Decent apartments if you’re in your early 20s or a student. I would not recommend it for families or anyone looking for a quiet safe place. The pool gets really wild on weekends, residents speed through the streets and blast music at all times of night. Valet trash rules are not followed or enforced. The buildings also need their public hallways power washed pretty badly. I am leaving two stars because the location is good with many restaurants, groceries, and the fashion mall nearby. There is also a walking path around the neighborhood which I used a lot during my time living there."

"Since we've moved here, the kids and I have been very happy. The staff is super friendly and attentive, the maintenance has been quick and efficient, the lake and the grounds are just beautiful. The amenities include an office with workstation, a very large gym and clubhouse, lake, swimming pool, walking trails, dog park, and more. We have a garage, driveway, and parking spots right in front of our door. I think we made an excellent choice coming here!"

"I love living here. The apartment is awesome! I would like to live here a long time. The only downfall is the rent goes up $100 every year. Not sure I can afford that much longer."
