Lakeshore Apartments

"I would recommend living here at Lakeshore. The community is quiet, kind, and convenient. I moved here after living downtown and have had such a positive experience. The apartments are also in a great location which makes grocery shopping or finding a gym or doctor nearby very easy! The staff, leasing associates, and the maintenance workers are all lovely and quick to help or make accommodations for you. It's a safe neighborhood with very friendly people living here (for the most part). The only con I have really experienced is the parking. I do wish they had more, or at least more guest parking, so I am hoping they have plans for that. However, overall as a resident that wasn't typically a huge issue though. If you are looking for some nice apartments with an easy leasing process and a good location, I would recommend Lakeshore Apartments then!"

"it’s a perfect size for living alone. I feel safe based on the security precautions that are set in place here. Valet trash as a woman is very important. Maintenance responds within a 24 hour window unless it’s an emergency. I needed a new water heater because it started leaking on my unit & underneath. They were here before I woke up to even see my apartment flooding. My only issue is the upkeep in the hallways & stairs. I wish it could be cleaned regularly from animals, mud or any type of traction picked up from tenants. They also allow flex rent which can help take some of the burden off at the first of the month which is helpful to some neighbors of mine. Overall nice area & quiet in my building. Everyone is respectful & so is the staff in the leasing office!"

"I’ve lived in multiple apartments and this is the BEST one by far! Staff is so kind and the area is so clean. We had one issue with our fridge and they came the next day and fixed it. The apartment is in great shape, it’s located in an amazing area, neighbors have been nothing but nice to me, it’s quiet, and there’s lockers when packages arrive to keep them safe and secure. I signed a year long lease and am definitely planning on extending it!"

"I’ve been at Lakeshore for a year and a half now and have loved it! The community is pretty quiet and I’ve never had any issues with a neighbor/the office. Staff are quick to respond to my questions, and they’re very kind & helpful about everything. The apartment itself is perfect for me, and I feel like maintenance has always responded pretty quickly when I’ve had any issues (which have all been minor. no major appliance problems or anything like that). I like that these apartments are so close to multiple grocery stores/restaurants. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice apartment in a convenient location!"
