"I could be happier with my choice to live @ The Quarry: it is by far the best and most complete apartment complex I have ever had the opportunity to call “home” so far in my existence :) Now it is these things for a multitude of reasons, and without assuming anything of you, Reader: I can almost guarantee that you share several of these very important “checkboxes” I’m about to mention on your list of priorities that I did before renting. So, if you are reading this review and debating whether to set up a viewing or not: as a current resident, I could not recommend more that you do so and let the property + amazing staff speak for themselves instead of my written syllables here lolol TL;DR: From the building’s elegant/intricate architecture + pretty unbelievable location, to the ironclad security the entire property has implemented, to the seamless/intuitive design every detail of my apartment possesses: all of my “boxes” were + still remain “checked” after officially moving in and experiencing the wonderful community “The Quarry” (as us residents and the staff call it) possesses. With all of these things being said, the element that instantly and happily made me “put pen to paper” was before renting + is still to still day one of the most important aspects of living here for me personally: the exceptional people the property is managed and maintained by. From my initial showing, to my move-in date, to the speedy/understanding service staff, and to the thoughtful leadership the property is led by (I.e. the property manager has seamlessly handled several things, from move-in details to apartment maintenance, on my behalf without a single bat of an eye, and as a resident that means a great deal)……. I’m genuinely honored to call The Quarry “home” and will happily for the foreseeable future :)"

"I am expected to move to the Quarry in July and even before moving in I am more than confident this is the place for me. Daisy made me feel welcomed during my tour and has answered all of my questions during the application process. I greatly appreciate her help! I've viewed other apartments but the Quarry stood out the most because of the level of service I have received so far and how nice the facilities are. I'm counting down the days until move in day!"

"I lived here for two years. Hands down one of the best places I’ve lived. Maintenance went above and beyond to help us when needed. The leasing office was great. The leasing manager Kimberly is always super friendly and helpful with anything we would need. The community of people that live there is the best I’ve seen. Would recommend moving here!"

"I loved living at the Quarry! The facilities are beautiful and clean, the staff is above and beyond kind and helpful! The leasing agent Kimberly is just the best, professional, informative, and so much fun! Diana who works to keep the facilities sparkly clean is also just the nicest and most helpful person!!! They both were awesome with my dog and fun to interact with. Even with construction going on, this place gets two thumbs up from me!"

"Quarry is a nice place to live. The grounds are well kept, the leasing office staff are usually very helpful and pleasant. The residents seem very . . .reclusive. I’ve lived here about 6 months and have literally seen any neighbors on my floor a total of 3 times. That’s not an issue, it just begs the question, “where is everyone else?” If I didn’t hear someone’s dog barking as I walk by an apartment, I would think the floor is deserted. Again, that’s not necessarily a “problem”, it just isn’t the “neighborly” experience that everyone else seems to brag about. There are social functions occasionally to meet your neighbors, but they feel very *exclusive*. However, I can’t say enough positive things about the maintenance staff. They’re efficient, timely, professional and pleasant. Anytime I have something go wrong in the apartment or need impromptu service like changing a bathroom lightbulb etc, they are there right away. Javier, James and the rest of the maintenance staff do an OUTSTANDING job. There’s not a lot that I would change about the complex as a whole, but there is always room for improvements."
