"Just moved in with my family and the lessening office has been really nice and welcoming to us. I haven’t met a lot of my neighbors from my building, but the neighbors that I have met have been super welcoming. I just feel that overall it’s a very safe area with very friendly people"

"I Lived here when it was brand new. I came to the reviews today to see if anything had changed since then; it’s gotten even worse!!! Parking is still a problem. They have more handicapped parking spaces than they’ll ever need! Dumpster overflowing still a problem! Leasing department still worthless!!! Someone was entering my apartment while I was at work; they were stealing from me; I believe it was maintenance; they had a key! burned me bad! This was going on 2004-05 20 years ago. Now there’s pesky bed bugs; scum in the retention pond; yuck!!! Sounds like the place is cursed doesn’t it? I believe there’s a Hex on the complex, that’s what they get for treating the tenants so despicably !!! Many more years of the same times 100 unless somebody repents for their wrong doing!!!"

"Where should I start.. A. People have to drive their trash over to this over flooded bin that’s at the entrance, we went around the neighborhood & there’s no others available near the units… I saw multiple people walk faaaaar with bags of garbage. B. The office was locked when we got there. C. I was notified multiple times about my appointment time and was even notified 2 hours before my appointment but wasn’t told that every adult (2 of us) to bring ID…. Went through every email from the beginning. My husband did have his ID, I would’ve gladly brought my ID next time, we have no problem with the requirements but my husband is the main and only provider of our household and we were already pinching on time. We’re first time parents to a 4 month old and my husband works long hours a week. We had zero understanding, every other complex in the area was okay, even one owned by this exact property management group yet has different protocols? Why would there be one person living in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment? That’s what the original inquiry was for all along. More notice and communication from the get go is necessary. In conclusion we were very disappointed with our visit, we definitely felt personally attacked. Copper Chase at Stones crossing for the win. 2/10 experience cause the lady was SOMEWHAT nice to my husband."

"I have lived at Overlook for over 7 years and it has been a great experience. Throughout this time there have been several management changes, and it is still going well. Management has always taken the time to listen to any concerns I had and helped to resolve. Maintenance has always been responsive when needed. The floor plans are well thought out and the grounds are well kept. Parking is also generally abundant and they work to keep the snow cleared out in the winter. It is located close to food and stores, but also away from the main thoroughfares so there is no road noise, which is great. Great common areas like a large deck, pool, workout room and club house."
