"I have lived here nearly a year and a half and I haven't been able to use our washer or dryer not once and I have made many complaints and they always say they're working on it and never do. Me and all my neighbors are SICK of having to go across town to wash our clothes. The rent I pay here is definitely higher than they deserve! FIX THE WASHERS AND DRYERS SUSAN"

"I like this place. I feel like however for the price, compared to other apartments. It could use some updates. Some improvements. Not so cheap counter tops. Also parking lot lights. I understand we aren’t going for lights through apartment windows, but if it’s raining or moonless, that parking lot is absolutely pitch black. Would love some lighting additions"
