"What was originally a great experience turned into a nightmare after living here 5 years. I complained about sewage that had backed up into my dishwasher and requested a new one. It lead to me getting lease violations. Being locked out of my apartment and harassed by the manager just to name a few things. She would enter my apartment when I was away. No one at the corporate office would address my issues. One of the residents stole my belongings that wee setting outside of my door. People are afraid to speak up because they will be evicted. Many of the newer residents are related. Which says a lot. The windows do not open in 1010. The basement smells of seware gas. This property has completely gone down over the past 3 years. . It is the ghetto of downtown Indy."

"I've called this place twice and stopped by once (with no one answering the callbox) in the past 2 weeks to get leasing information and still no one has called me back. How do you get tenants if you don't return calls to prospective lessees?? Makes me wonder how much of a pain in the a$$ it is to get a maintenance request taken care of. Forget this place! I'll look for a better place to call home!"

"Great location. Nice lot for parking in the back. Very few times is it full unless you get back late at night. That said, street parking is still ample. Hallways and staircases are not kept very clean. It always seems that there are lightbulbs out. The apartment itself is nice with tall ceilings but you can often hear neighbors and people in the hallway. Very cool look to it but the cleanliness/management is the one downfall."
