"Simple, yet close to everything."
"The apartment building is nice and clean but to speak to someone in the office it awful. I left a total of 4 messages and no never called me back. I also called when their website stated when someone is available to answer questions. Customer service nowadays, is horrible. After reading the response of 707: No one never called me back. Just own up to the mistakes 707 makes."

"Kathleen was extremely unprofessional and clearly didn’t know what she was doing. My sister asked for a tour of the apartment and was told “no” because she was “flagged” which was untrue and it would be a waste of time. Instead of confirming with someone that is seasoned, she decided to spew false information. We believe something shady is definitely going on here and the staff needs to be trained better."
