Reviews
"I haven't been to this office. This review is strictly for the wound care specialist Lori Day. I had one interaction with her at my Dad's wonderful doctor's office and i don't understand why she behaved the way she did. I brought my 95 year old Daddy into his doctor's office for a serious appt. He had been in the hospital and also a nursing home and i was very happy to get him to Tricia Spoonmore, his doctor of several years now. It's very hard to get him anywhere, as his body is failing him. So Lori came in, made no eye contact with me or my Daddy, didn't speak to us, wasn't kind in the least and then proceeded to make strange, disgusted faces at my Daddy's doctor. She said NOTHING to us. My Daddy was flummoxed as to what was going on and so was I. I don't know what why she behaved that way toward us, but it was very unsettling and upsetting. I have one pet peeve, only one, but it is doctor's, nurses, anyone in the healthcare field, that doesn't show their patients kindness and mostly compassion. I was very sad and upset that she showed us NONE of that. She just looked at my Dad's legs and didn't speak to us or even look at us, aside from Daddy's legs and then started with the weird facial expressions to my Dad's doctor. I have no idea why she treated us this way. I'm still upset about it and will never forget it. I want to know why she behaved this way towards us. And i definitely don't want to have anymore interactions with her. I wish i could know why she was so very unkind to us. I do not care about how she treated me, but my 95 year old Daddy? I'm very, very upset with the way she treated him. He is the sweetest, most kind man on this Earth and definitely does not deserve to be treated with unkindness . It was to the point of rudeness actually. I will never forget that day and how Lori behaved towards my sweet and extremely old Daddy. It bothers me everyday still."
"They made my experience all over very nice. Very thorough and kind hearted. Made the process less painful than what I thought it’d be. Also will be giving thorough instructions on how to care for my wound better."
"It is a wonderful place, Kim NP is great and all the nurses"
"W Armstrong NP isn't what I would call a knowledgeable wound care specialist. She also had a poor attitude."
"Liz Mullis N.P. has no respect for this patient. I have Type 2 Diabeties & Neuropathy, in my feet. I check my blood sugar every day. It's never been high. There's an ulcer on the bottom of my R foot, behind my big toe. A nurse come on M-W-F of each week to treat & change the dressing, on my foot. I wear outside, a stiff boot. When I see Liz & the Ulcer isn't any better, it's Edward's fault. A week ago, I went to see Dr. Mathews, a General Surgeon, at St. Vincent / Dunn Hospital. He said my foot looked healthy but, I came to see him about the swelling in my right leg, from ankle to knee. He sent me for an ultrasound, blood draw, & xrays. I see him again on 09/18/2018. If any of the tests come out bad, Liz Mullis will be hearing from her sponsering physician."
