"We lived here for 2 years and left upon purchasing our own home. While we loved the renovated apartment and enjoyed the nice gym and pool, we encountered significant challenges with the management, especially upon moving out. We initially reached out to discuss a move-out carpet replacement charge, as we believed it was unjustified. Despite our efforts to communicate our perspective and seek a fair resolution, the process has been slow and frustrating. Management insisted that cleaning would not remove simple wear and tear from placement of furniture and was overall shady about their practices. They proceeded to replace the carpet - I was told on the phone they did not try and clean the carpets first! They then charged us for full replacement of both bedrooms. I’ve attached photos. Frankly this is insulting, we are a young couple with no children. They told us on the phone that our carpet was unsanitary. We believe it’s just regular wear and tear. See for yourself… In addition to the dispute, we faced multiple issues with maintenance, experiencing considerable delays in responses to our requests. It often took weeks to hear back. On a positive note, when they did get around to the repairs, the quality of work was good. On one instance maintenance finally came when we were out of town- and on return we came back to a set of keys in our door and the door unlocked. Maintenance had left it overnight and didn’t even notice the missing keys until we called the next day. So be careful. The parking situation was another downside, requiring a long walk in the evening. We are pretty sure at least one neighbor is running a detailing business out of his garage. While the living spaces and amenities are nice, our experience has ended on a terrible note by the ongoing management challenges. We hope that addressing these issues will contribute to a more positive experience for future residents. Edit: management responds to these reviews saying they want to discuss and find a solution- they do not. Impossible to follow up with and then when you get them on the phone they are unhelpful at best."
"Up until a week ago, I would have had a much better impression of these apartments. I lived here for two years and thought that the apartment was spacious and the community was quiet. Even though I wasn’t too fond of the location (basically no grocery stores or supermarkets within 10 minutes other than BJs), I didn’t think it was all that bad. That being said, after we moved out, we found out that they were going to cancel our security deposit and charge us for full carpet replacement. When we moved out, we thoroughly cleaned the apartment and thought that it was perfectly within the specifications of our lease (normal wear and tear). When we talked to a representative, they told my wife that we did not take care of it and that it was “unsanitary” and had exceeded its lifespan (it was brand new when we moved in). This was perplexing given that just my wife and I lived there, we never wore our shoes inside, and only had one small dog who doesn’t shed. I’m putting an image that we took on move out that the apartment deemed as “unsanitary” and beyond normal wear and tear. I’m pretty sure they saw that we had a rug down for part of the room and the texture contrast gave them enough justification to charge us for full replacement rather than cleaning it. Basically what I’m trying to say is that you better be prepared to hire a professional cleaner when you leave these apartments. Like I said we never wore shoes inside and didn’t have kids. I bet this apartment complex takes advantage of many families with this policy and it makes me feel sick."
"I just received my keys and moved in today, so this review is completely based on the leasing and pre-move-in process. A couple of months ago, I started my search for my next apartment. I toured 5+ places and at least 3 were top contenders, including Autumn Breeze. The main reason I chose this property over the others is because of the unmatched kindness and genuine care I received from the staff. Upon touring Autumn Breeze initially, I showed up without an appointment and I somewhat expected to be turned away as I was at other places I visited. Kristin was happy to drop whatever she was doing and assisted me promptly. She asked me quite a few questions to understand what I was looking for and then showed me a couple of floor plans and answered my (many) questions. I could tell she genuinely cared about what I had to say, and as someone who worked in customer service, this meant a lot to me. After my tour, Kristin followed up with me via email the next day, and I soon decided to sign the lease. In the next 2 months or so leading up to my move in, the staff were extremely informative and accommodating, even assisting me with an unexpected need to push my move-in date back by a couple of weeks. Angeline was so very helpful as well. Today, upon my move in, Angeline assisted me once again, and as expected, it was an exceptional experience. Just like Kristen, I felt that Angeline really understood customer service, and it was very refreshing. On top of the fantastic staff, the apartment and entire property are absolutely beautiful, well maintained, and nicely renovated. As I said above, these comments are solely based on the events prior to my move in, but if things continue this way, I look so very forward to my time here at Autumn Breeze!"
"Loved my experience here. Community is well kept. The only negative was our downstairs neighbor but that’s always the luck of the draw with apartments. Would recommend living here to everyone. The only reason we moved was because we are expecting and wanted to get a house. Otherwise, we would’ve stayed."
"I came for a tour this past week to view a 2 bedroom and the ladies who assisted me Angeline and Kristin on my tour were nothing short of amazing. I’m currently looking to relocate from Georgia soon and seen great reviews on this property while searching around online and decided to stop in. The property was beautiful and well taking care of and the clubhouse set up was beautiful.The ladies showed me all the amenities which were way past my expectations. When we viewed the apartment everything was furnished and set up so nice very spacious, new appliances very modern and updated, definitely enough room for my small family. We spoke on prices for the apartment which were well in my range considering Georgias prices. All in all I really look forward to moving to this location in the future definitely on my top 3 list."
