"If you love living with mice and seeing a full dead body of a goat when you take your trash to the dumpster... MOVE HERE!! UPDATE: Despite keeping a clean home we have been infested with roaches!! The mice here play in your back patio during the day and jump on your bed and coach while you're on it!! I HAVE NEVER dealt with mice this acrobatic!! Also, our "brand new dishwasher" keeps clogging up and our tub's paint is chipping revealing red stains that are disturbing to look at!! Maintenance does NOTHING!! There's SO MUCH to say... Just know we CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE!! We're being charged over $1,300 for a place that is trashy!!!!!!!!"

"I hate to be the one but at the same time this needs to be heard. I was excited to move in for the price we were quoted but the day of the lease to be signed they added another 385 to what I was originally quoted which was the first ref flag but I need a place for my family. then once we moved in half the maintenance stuff wasn't finished at all. they painted the fuse box like who does that. the windows were not properly installed. we couldn't even use the shower because they had to fix the water faucets in the bathroom. What else?the fence in our backyard was falling down on us. Then they had to reroute the dishwasher because it was backing up.Also the bullet hole in my front window smh but yes. They vent that the dryer pushes heat out was clogged with birds and a next almost in our home. We got the birds out and just asked for them to cover the entrance up and took forever and next all these light switches and they serve no purpose which is crazy you'd think they turn something on or off. Then the little room with the water heater was in kept floodin. This became a serious problem because we had to wait for them to come for days then argue about why it's happening as if we caused it. Only to find out that it’s bad plumbing on their end. We had even been here 6months and all this was going on. They are terrible about communicating and making sure clients are taking care of. Wait there's more we called a health department due to feces coming up from the drains and sitting outside for days. They actually lefts it on the ends of the whole building small stuff came up in our apartment. the the neighbors moved out now seen roaches and mice and we have mouse traps but them roaches Noo good. they saying it's not an emergency someone sprays every Monday like really! I should not have to live with roaches nor my kids. I'm so upset at this point and no comp no compassion no nothing from management no callbacks no nothing but they want rent and rent on time. This most definitely not worth1400 in rent. Worst experience ever they should shut this place down literally! They don't even deserve NOT ONE STAR! NOT ONE I SAY! . My home is clean and the roaches are literally coming through the cracks in the walls and the neighbors around me are experiencing the same thing and no one time spray a month is helping and now the maintenance are next door working more are coming all outside the front door of my home. When I say truly worst place to live."

"Lived here now 7 months and hate it here!! Between everyone overfilling dumpsters and glass, nails, metal, trash, etc outside, to insecure fencing I had to secure until they replaced, house has flooded downstairs 15+ times with feces coming into home also, feces at both ends of building from entire building main pipe exposed and was cleaned out and left, windows not secured and installs right or even insulated,dishwasher backed up not hooked up right originally, tub knobs installed wrong so couldn't shower at first, mice and cockroaches galore inside and outside, toilets never flushing right, and light switches that powered nothing had to beg them to cap and remove. Overall staff doesn't care and maintenance is a revolving door as they can't get a few good ppl in here. All the Hispanics that live here are the ones doing the remodel repairs. The vacant units get broke into and they leave locks off units for people to walk in and out freely and people break into cars at all hours of the days. Overall not worth any money spent and they don't offer any type of compensation for any of the inconvenience or buying new stuff or stuff to live somewhat comfortable. I'd rate negative stars if was available!!!! Can't wait to Be out this place and somewhere safer for my small kids and a place that actually cares about their good tenants."

"They fix one issue, then 7 more things go wrong. Today, a roach crawled into the circuit board of my washer, and shorted the entire machine. Good thing I don’t need to do laundry for a couple weeks (not). The water heater that I had replaced last week after busting and flooding my closet, is still in my front lawn. When my upstairs bathroom flooded last month and poured water through the ceiling into my kitchen, they fixed the leak, ignored the idea that it could possibly cause mold, and I still had to clean all water up myself. My car has been broken into three times. Parking? Good luck. Overcrowded lots are constantly filled by people that don’t live here, leaving close to never any parking for me to walk my toddler and infant a reasonable distance to my unit. We had mice for months, including one that had snuck its way into our car. My fence was dilapidated for over 3 months from storms, and I was told I would have to “wait until maintenance made it to my unit, as they are going in order” even though I have small children and a dog. Included are maintenance requests I’ve placed, for months, to the point I stopped calling because I felt genuinely retaliated against with the lack there of repairs done to my unit."
