Ralston Apartments

"Moved in when they were transitioning from the Tyler to the Ralston and while there were bumps along the way, the property manager, Tara, was super helpful and accommodating. She scheduled maintenance and other services around our schedule and was always communicating! While the fact that the apartment was not ready when we moved in was frustrating, Tara made sure we were taken care of!"

"water in apartment cuts out randomly, without a warning for several hours. issue has repeatedly occured over several months, office doesnt know what is going on and is not willing to address. other tenants have the same issue. Package lockers have not worked for months and you have to look for packages yourself, leaving packages vulnerable to theft. I will not be renewing here. This was a good place to live in 2022, but new staff and recent changes to admin have made this place unlivable. would highly recommend against living here. Pros: good fitness center, affordable parking, close to campus."

"One of my friends live here and has for about 2 years. I just have to say I cannot believe how far this place has come. My lease is up at my apt in January and I never considered coming here before. But after all the beautiful renovations it’s like a whole new world now. You guys are doing a great job. I hope it keeps up!"

"It has been a terror living here since I moved in this July, I am pissed I still have 9 months left living here. They never answer the phone or emails, office is closed a lot of the time during OPEN office hours. The only thing they care about is getting rent money on time meanwhile on their end nothing they do is timely. I have had issues twice paying rent and every time I have tried to communicate with them there is no reply or relief to the issue until days later, which is annoying because I shouldn't have issues paying my own rent. They have lost people's packages, they have literally opened on of my packages before. When I went to pick up a package once they handed it to me opened perfectly and said "that's weird, sorry". They have straight up lied to my roommate and I on multiple occasions. They take forever to resolve any issue, they are by far the most disorganized management ever. I would threaten to break my lease but I don't want to give them any more money than they're already getting from me. Do you know how much it sucks to give money to a management that doesn't do their job, show respect to the people keeping them in business, etc... not to mention the first few months living here were even more hellish: the halls looked like trash, it smelt, there were bugs, the door handle was broken, it was disgusting. We were paying 1.4k every month to live in filth while they took their sweet time renovating. For a month we weren't even in their system. We were living in the apartment complex, keys and everything and they had NO idea. How does that even happen? We have had multiple issues with wi-fi which is included in our rent. It was one of the reasons we chose to move there and half the time it either does not work at all or is slow. I have spoken to many other people who live here and we all have the same universal experience. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Half of the things they're telling you to convince you to live here are probably not true anyways because once again THEY LIE. A LOT. I would seriously decide on another complex to live at before signing a lease and regretting it for an entire year. I am 3 months in and this was one of the biggest mistakes in my life. I seriously hate it here."

"Bri and Jessy have been super helpful and friendly starting before I even moved. They respond as quickly as they can through this hectic time of moves in and renovation. I appreciate them always being friendly whenever I bug them with questions. The staff is a big reason why I chose to move into these apartments."
