"I had to request maintenance service twice before I had any response; the maintenance person showed. up at 7:30am. He looked at my problem, left my apartment to get a part, returned. He finished at 8am. Problem solved."

"Communication and response to issues is less than desirable. The call system being inoperable is a HUGE inconvenience and is noted by guests. The property management staff are very nice people. However, we will likely not be renewing our lease. In addition, we have colleagues who were considering this location as a viable option for housing; however, because of our experience they have chosen other options. This place has the potential to be amazing. It is a very my facility as is the condo in which we are living. There are just some things that would have to better before we'd consider staying or recommending to others."

"Beautiful apartments. But these apartments have been managed by 3 different property management groups in the past 4 years and are currently managed by a commercial real estate firm. Tell me how that makes sense? The owners, Gray Capital LLC, needs to do a better job of how they have managing their property."
