"Don’t ever go to Crossroads At Madison because half the time they don’t answer the phone and there are cockroaches and mice, and bedbugs and drug deals going on everywhere in that place they just need to take that place down. It’s not worth living there at all so for everyone that saying this do not go to that place."

"When I first moved in there was someone in the office during hours posted. Maintenance is a joke. They came to fix my dishwasher 3 times it was leaking and needed a new seal. Lied to me about ordering one to replace it. They put tape to rig it. Told me I could use it. Started leaking again. I gave up. The shower knobs didn't work right hardly got any hot water. Before I moved you could hardly find anyone in the office and they one that worked in there was extremely rude. They even at one point had a resident taking messages for them on the phone so they didn't have to be there. The parking lot was horrible with holes everywhere. You had to fight to find a place to live because the residents would have 3 or 4 families living in one apartment and have 3to 4 cars. They told me when I moved in every Friday they had pest control come out. They were out once. The place is a joke."

"I lived there about 3 years ago I moved out when the former manager Yolanda managed the place she always made sure my and others work orders were done. She was very pleasant and honest. Hard working manager always on property and willing to help she even her husband would come out and help out. Wish I knew where she was at ."

"My mother had stayed about a year their and she has had a terrible experience. Nothing is ever fixed properly. The sink was never fixed. Breaker box cover door is missing and never fixed. She has had mail stolen. Was accused of never paying the rent and she did pay the rent. She had issues with roaches and bedbugs. They refused to fix it. She had to fix it herself out of her pocket. Do not stay here its really bad."

"this apartment complex is horrid. the management is unprofessional and inhumane. the apartment manager, Alba, turns the ac units off on buildings when somebody makes her mad. she tries to give people 48 hr evictions VERBALLY. (even people who’s paid their rent for the month) the buildings are old and poorly fixed. the balcony’s are all wobbly and falling apart. they will tow your car even though you LIVE there. they never fix anything you ask them to. the trash gets picked up at 3-5 am on weekdays. my whole building smells like marijuana. there’s drug addicts that sleep outside on the steps. they go door to door."
