"Chanda is one of the BEST apartment managers you will ever have! She goes above and beyond for all of her residents. She truly cares about making your living experience a great one here at Hartwick! If there's a problem, she's on it, if you need maintenance, she's on it. And he is really good about fixing things in a timely manner. I lucked out getting an apartment here! If you're looking, I highly recommend stopping in and talking to Chanda. The coffee is on, and she will do everything possible to make you feel at home. She truly cares about doing her job and then some, and she cares about her residents! They'd be wise to make sure they do everything to keep her here and make sure she's happy, because that's what keeps a resident in their home! I've been here a year in May, and I'm grateful I found her!"
