"If I could leave this property no stars i would. i am writing this review with great disappointment. Please do not spend your hard earned money here. i have been without heat for a few days without being able to contact anyone. its negative -1 outside. constantly having to go back and for with the leasing team. so unprofessional that they will really sit and argue with you like you are not the customer. by far the worse apartments i have ever stayed in. The only one really willing to make sure your concerns are taking care of in a professional way within a reasonable time window is Shantae the leasing manger. if you don't speak with her youre dealing with horrible attitudes when you litterally jsut want to be warm in your apartment. unacceptable"

"I have lived in community for 10yrs and the maintenance has always been addressed for my unit in a timely and professional manner juan particularly is a hard dedicated worker who helps tenants with their concern and always has a smile. Thank you Edison"

"My kitchen light was out and not fixed for 18 days; I was told it's not an emergency. When the guy fixed it; he left my front door unlocked and I was away at work for 8 plus hours.............then he left metal screws on the floor. Not good."

"Sidney was extremely nice and professional I give her a 10 on how she conduct herself while showing me the townhouse. However she’s the reason that y’all have the 2 stars. I wanted the townhouse was in the application process only to get told the townhouse was on hold for the maintenance guy. I feel like I wasted my time and Sidney’s"

"Do not spend your money here. They don’t deserve your money. They came in to remodel my apartment knowing that i work nights shift. I called the office to try to work it out with them and asking them if they can remodel my apartment first so we can go to sleep and work. They told me that i have a choice to go rent a room outside cus the owner wants to remodel and tent has no say. Staff are super rude don’t have customer service skills. I’m going to post some pics of how their remodeling went. Mind you i lost a day at work because of this. All i can say spend your money where it should be spent."
