"DO NOT RENT HERE. The office staff is useless, people are horrible with noise, apartments are over priced, and I've had issues with roaches the entire time I've lived here no matter how many times pest control has come out. They never do anything with removing snow and maintenance is a joke."

"Where do I begin I live here now. the plumbing in my apt is horrible as I'm writing this now my toilet is gurgling. It over flows at least 2-3 times a month, it hadn't did it in about 3 months before yesterday. But before then it's done it at least that many times I've been here for going in 4 years and it's been the same. It over flows into my tub also. I call and call it takes them for ever to get here when it happens. By the time they get here it's over flowed to my kitchen and living room everytime. I don't understand why they won't just fix it. I was told yesterday that I needed to ask them to move into a different apt because the plumbing is bad here. It does have pest problems bad. When you call the office you never can get in touch with anyone no one answers the phone. Then when you go up there they get an attitude with you.i feel like if I pay my rent every month I shouldn't have to go thru this."

"Talked to the health department and didn't get an inspection before moving out, but I hope others make a call. This place is severely infested with roaches to the point it ruined $800+ worth of personal belongings. Lots of mold. Violent neighbors. Homeless people sleep in the stairwell. Needs to be shut down, honestly."

"I hate it here. Cockroaches. Bad smells. Bad plumbing and one air conditioning unit to try and cool the whole apartment. They charge way too much for this dump. Then you gotta get a membership to do laundry. And even have to pay for a mailbox key!!!! It's disgusting and ridiculous here. AND!!!!!! IT USED TO BE A GOOD AREA. Now its all drugs and gunshots. I wouldn't recommend this place."
