"Older gentlemen complained about bedbugs and Deborah laughed at him and refused treatment unless they double billed him. Office staff constantly changing and always a miscommunication when it comes to bills or things getting done maintenance wise. Deborah, the apparent assistant manager is never of any actual assistance and is just full of excuses and attitude but then gets upset when she’s questioned or is given attitude back. I’ve personally been waiting over 60 days for things to get done that were put in as a work order by Deborah and the previous property manager but Ms. Deborah states she was unaware although she was on the entire email thread. Practically impossible to get the phone answered. I’ve left work early multiple times to try and communicate when I don’t get phone calls answered or emails responded to and the office will be closed although they claim business hours are M-F 10am-5pm. I’ve had my mailbox broken into twice over the past month and my personal mailbox key doesn’t even work after it’s been broken into and I was told for a replacement I would be charged and they don’t have a spare in office?! The only time things slightly get done is when they are mid property manager change and Rhonda has to come back and get things taken care of. Any other time it’s like a free for all."

"Terrible place to live!! A few years ago it was a much better environment.Now it is a scary place to live.It is becoming not only dilapidated, but a lot of crime goes on there regularly.Thefts of many sorts,violence,and drug users are now the norm of these apartments.Management only collects money....but improving the property and environment is not on their list.I would advise renters not to consider Valley Forge."

"Best apartments I've ever lived in The amenities are the pool, gym, playground, in-home washer and dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. All very useful and worth the price of rent in my opinion. Also, very clean apartments! I was pleasantly surprised how much closet space I have in my master bedroom (there are 2 large closets with shelves already set up for you, as well as a place to set up your make-up vanity in between). On-site maintenance has always been very focused on getting the issue handled fast and efficiently. Usually they are out to fix any problem within 1-7 days and I never have to repeatedly call to get someone out here. It's also pretty quiet for the most part (as quiet as you'd expect for an apartment). The walls are thicker than what I am used to with an apartment, which is nice, and I hardly hear my neighbors. They allow large dog breeds and have on site doggy bags for convenience. The office lady, Rhonda, has also been very helpful my whole time here! I've had move-in problems and lots of questions and she's always patient and has a fun personality. I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a quiet, convenient home"

"My husband and I lived at Valley Forge for 3 years (2015-2018) and loved our time their. I should have left a review earlier. Some of these things may have changed, but based on my previous experience here, 10/10, do recommend. The apartments are lovely, very nicely-sized and nicely-equipped, and maintained well. We had a decent amount of freedom to outfit our balconies as we wanted and having a carport was extremely convenient. The rent is extremely affordable and some folks may be eligible for the Section 42 incentive (if they still offer this), but even market rates were affordable. Angie and Doug were always very responsive to my needs and very friendly. The gym was nice as well and usually very quiet. The pool was also a really nice feature and easy to visit, but the folks who sat in the pool area smoking were not appreciated. If we hadn't purchased a home, we would have stayed perpetually. You'll find a lot of long-term residents here because the property and amenities are so nice, plus location is extremely convenient. I don't think the features, location, and price can be beat locally."
