"I have lived here for a year and, unfortunately, resigned a lease for another year. If I could, I would move out tomorrow. Since day one this has been the worst place I’ve ever lived. I had hope it was just a bad experience but over time I’ve learned this is just the norm. When we first moved in, there an incredible lack of communication. Maintenance is a nightmare. The rent is fairly cheap but you sure do get what you pay for. When I first moved in the back patio area was full of debris from a previous tenant. I was told by a neighborhood that it had been there for years before I moved in. I had to request three times for it to be removed. When they finally came and removed it, they also threw away the furniture I had stored there after moving in. After following up with the office, they did nothing to replace or reimburse me. I was told that is what renters insurance is for. A few months later, our water heater went out. Someone came out and restarted it and two days later it was out again. I had to put in Six different request before they actually replaced the heater. The same thing happened with ice maker in the refrigerator. The garbage disposal stopped working and after fixing it there was leak under the sink. I have not yet put in a maintenance request and it be fixed the first time. Either, the insulation or the ductwork needs fixing. During the hot months, the upstairs is too hot. I had to get a portable AC unit to keep my room cool. During the cold months, it’s too cold, I have a space heater for that. Also in the warm months, there is a smell that comes from somewhere in the unit. Almost like something died. I have many candles and use incense to mask it but it has never gone away. Additionally, there is absolutely no natural light other than in the front facing bedroom. I do have a unit near some trees but the only time I see sunlight is in that bedroom. There is always a group of children in front of the unit and they mostly just play and be kids but there’s been a couple times where they threw things at our windows. They will also go door to door asking if they can do household things for you for money. I have a neighborhood crime reporting app because there has been numerous times that I have heard gun shots in the area. There are a lot of different crime reports in the area every day. TL;DR: The office has bad communication, maintenance never actually fixes anything, the unit is always going to be too hot or too cold and gets no light, lots of kids everywhere, get a crime watch app"
"As a loyal longterm resident of PR since 2018, I would absolutely not recommend moving into this community. We lived with mold in our home for who knows how long. Marshell, the property manager basically called me a liar when I have photos of mold in the laundry and bathrooms! We requested to move out mid June due to the health hazard of my pregnancy and requested to speak with the corporate office regarding this matter, but have been deflected by Marshell in entirety. She literally told us Shelley in corporate office doesn't have to return our calls if she doesn't want to. Because of the high turnover rate of the office staff, the new property manager Marshell doesn't seem to respect those who have been there longer than her. They are now trying to force us to pay 1.5 months of rent more outside of the date we requested to move out, event though we notified them well over 30 days. Marshells attitude is extremely nasty and unprofessional. I will be taking this to the bbb as well as filing an official complaint against this company for failure to honor our initial 30 day notice that was given 45 days ago and forcing us to pay more money out of pocket even though we've moved out 30 days ago. The only good thing they have going for themselves is the events they try to have to keep the community connected, that is hosted by a resident. Not to mention, the week we moved in, the building across from us was shot up by a gang of kids. This property has gangs of kids running through your yard on a daily, cursing, throwing things and not being monitored. Outside of their pet restriction policy, they allow residents to walk their pit bulls unleashes around the property and there is poop littered all around the parking lot and sidewalks daily. The privacy gate is always broken so anyone can get into the property, which is an unsafe environment personally for children. We've paid them month-to-month for 3 years because of fear of being locked in a contract with them!"
"It’s has very great potential to be a nice area to live in . But unfortunately it is NOT worth the price for it to be a luxury town home there is nothing luxury about this place. Since living in an apartment that was supposed to be RENOVATED before we moved cleaners never cleaned the apartment painters just painted over dirt and HAIR! Stairs have nails sticking out of them. cabinets are literally falling apart. Paint splatters all over the floors and counter tops in the bathroom . It’s just really giving false advertisement lbvs"
"If I could give 0 stars I would I wouldn’t recommend my dog living there office managers are rude liars my move in issues were never addressed maintenance is a joke and they have a officer that lives on the property that has harassed me and my children since we moved here not enough space or time to tell it all. I held back my review because my mom taught me if I can’t say anything nice I shouldn’t say it at all but I don’t think anybody should consider these. The owners should be ashamed and they need to drop the luxury part of the name there’s nothing luxurious about it. Epic fail I was better off homeless."
"My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost a year and we love it! The people that work in the office are very nice and accommodating. We've only needed maintenance twice and both times they were friendly and efficient. The townhouses feel home-y and the fireplace adds a cozy touch. Highly recommend!"
