"Well, where do I start. I’m a 60 yr old fully handicapped male. We have had murders here, robberies and gunshots at least 4 days a week. You have to lock your doors even when your home. We had Indy Rent help us with rent. Just because the NEW management decided not to accept it and now starting eviction proceedings. Blows my mind. Also there are no cutouts for people in wheelchairs by our building. If you try to go off the curb your wheelchair will flip over. I’ve nearly fallen on mine. Ok rant done"
"I moved-in month ago. And I can tell only good words about this place and manager Jehnea! I moved-in absolutely clean, refreshed apartment. At the first time of my experience in senior housing - i feel apartment my home. I am senior and it should be my forever home. Apartment complex is clean and you can see special care everywhere. Special thanks manager Jehnea - she organize everything in high level She is nice, friendly and helpful person.. People here are friendly You can find new friends. I am absolutely happy here and can,t stop thank you!"
