My WestGate Clinic 1985 Freedom Drive, Newberry, IN 47449

"One star is one to many! I had an appt 7/20 at 10:40 blbut unfortunately was 10 minutes late, so the nurse practitioner and rude receptionist refused me service (sent me on my weazy, gurgling lung way) they said they have a 10 minute policy which going by their computer logs show me only ten minutes late? Lets not forget that this is also a “walk-in” clinic and there was only one woman sitting in the waiting area. As i walked out i replied with “your team is real dedicated” with the receptionist “Hallie” replying “well you shouldnt have been late!” Go back a month when i have my 5 yr old there on an appt and we sat in a jail cell room for 40 minutes waiting on the extremely slow and careless practitioner “Taylor” to see her for maybe 2 minutes and tell us the blisters on her tongue were just irritation but two days later she was diagnosed with strep….shut the clinic down or fire them, lots of respect lost for Dr. Porter having these types of people working around him, his odon staff would have never shown this terrible service"

"I would not give it one star but to post a review you have to. The receptionist was rude. The health provider could not do anything until i had been sick for 5 to 7 days. Has anyone ever heard of such a thing. So I'm suffering, and getting worse. The only thing needed was antibiotics. I would die before i would ever go back there . Oh by the way autumn is no longer there hasn't been for quite a while."

"I'm a very happy patient of dr cullison & dr hoppie & I have been taking my autistic son Robert to see dr. porter for many years . I can't say how happy I am to now have my dr & my sons dr.Bryan Porter at the same clinic .all 3 of these doctors r very great at what they do . I was devastated wen I got the call saying dr porter no longer practiced in his odon clinic, but then so very happy to hear he is still working & with the 2 dr.s I have came to love. Thank you all 3 Dr. Hoppie, Dr.Cullison and Dr.Porter"

"Used to be a great clinic where you could be seen the same day when you were sick. Not any longer. If I wanted to schedule an appointment, I'd see my regular provider."
