My son moved out the end of September and we have been waiting on his deposit it is now January and Andrea has not returned any of our phone calls. This is theft. And she should be prosecuted ."

"Renters BEWARE! Do your research. These are NOT one bedroom apartments as there is no bedroom door. It is an efficiency apartment at best. Again, research, these units were built more than 50 years ago and so contain some damage. Its probable that all of this has been resolved by now, but when I moved, my apartment was infested with black mold, and several times a bedbug outbreak occured in the complex. The landlord is rude and controlling, sending letters to ALL of the tenants whenever something simple broke down, like the button on a washing machine. I have copies of this and other threatening, unprofessional letters meant to intimidate tenants. There are only 2 washers and dryers (when he has them operational) for nearly 40 apartments! There used to be a boiler so everyone enjoyed free heat. He promptly did away with that as soon as he bought the place and now everyone has cheaply made Heater/Air Conditioning window units. Expensive electric bills result! He put individual water heaters in every apartment so now they have a water bill, AND the heater takes up a quarter of an already small closet. He is absolutely slow at repairs, if he thinks its worth it. One summer we had 90 plus days of 90 degree temperatures. During a week of 100 + degrees, one of his tree branches fell and snapped a power line. While he argued with the electric company over who should repair it, he left an entire building of tenants to swelter in the heat for 4 days and nights! Some lost all of their food in their refrigerator and freezer. It didn't matter at all to him that some if those tenants had medical issues. All the while he was living comfortably in his mansion. Top it all off with this..sex offenders and predators are welcome...look it up on the sex offenders registry, you'll see addresses within the complex."
