"I wish I could review maintenance and management separately. Maintenance is 5 stars. They solve tickets quickly and are very professional. In the other hand, management is a 0 (zero) stars. They’re never in the office when you need them. They switched to “appointment only” yet when you make an appointment, they just mark it as “solved” and don’t even bother in meeting with you. It seems like they just don’t want to do their job. It’s a shame they were so cordial when we were looking for information then act like anything the tenants need is such a burden to them."
"I do not recommend it. It is a very bad option. The management is not cooperative. You cannot recover the credit money that you put at the beginning of the contract. Also, your amounts will be placed on you because you destroyed it in the residence. This is from their imagination, and you do not have the right to discuss. You only have to pay approximately an additional month. It is put on hold for them. Beware of the temperature system. In residential units that do not work in the cold, refrigeration that does not work in the summer, and windows that do not close well, there remains a leak of cold air surrounding your home. I wish I could give a mark less than a star to their management, which works to not bring residents and record a bad experience in the place."
"It is extremely the worst experience that I have encountered in my life. It is really very bad management. They can not understand what do you want, after I finished 6 month rent and I received the apartment with used carpet and used stove, after finish my contract within 6 months, I gave them the apartment better than I received but unfortunately they took the entire deposit money more than 900 in addition to charging me the stove price and carpet and they charged me for a bad odor despite no pets with me so they took from me more than 2000$ without any right for that, so you will never get back any deposit that you have paid so your money will not be refunded. So, totally, I am not recommended that compound at all to be your apartment because you will pay lots of money and charge you for the used equipments that you received in order to buy new electronics and stuff from your own money. So it is definitely very very bad manager and not respecting you at all and poor management with customers. And if you want to see them , they are not responding to your calls or emails therefore you do not have any way to reach them easily. My recommendation to be careful to not loose your money and will not get it back . Finally, I completely never advise you to get your apartment from that terrible place after utmost bad experience and charge me for something already used to buy their new things. I am so upset from the management since they treat you in very bad way and non respectful. When you move out be careful. They will charge you more than 2000 $ for the apartment stuff as carpet and stove and will tell you verbally it was damaged without any evidence. Actually, I received all equipments not new and will pay you as new equipments cost without any approval. Just will take your money and steal you and refused to show you the damage since actually no damage at all, so be alert. VERY IMPORTANT WHEN I WENT TO THE OFFICE TO DISCUSS WITH MANAGER ABOUT that I ma leaving THE APARTMENT and I gave the apartment in the same condition or even better than that I have received with old carpet and used stove, they need to charge me for new carpet and stove this is not fair. AND again I went to THE MANAGER SHE TOLD ME GO OUT OF THE OFFICE SINCE no APPOINTMENT AND SECOND TIME I WENT THERE AGAIN TO SETTLE DOWN EVERYTHING And DISCUSS WITH HER ABOUT FALSE CLAIM THAT CARPET DAMAGE AND STOVE DESTROYED THEN SHE FELT NOT CONFIDENT SINCE SHE SPOKE UNTRUE AND SHE TOLD ME GO OUT OF THE OFFICE. Please tell me what I have to do to get my money back."
"The management is very bad at dealing with it. At the beginning, they greet you with a smile and love, and at the end of the contract you do not see that smiling face. My experience with housing was never successful. During the summer period, the air conditioner does not work. You ask for maintenance without any results. On cold days, the heat does not work. At the end of the contract, you are surprised with another sum for maintaining the house. After you, they accuse you of ruining it. The oven, which is an old oven, or did you change the carpet after you, and it was also not new? The entertainment center is sometimes full of disruptive children, and you do not find rest because of them on the weekends. The coffee maker closes early and does not work on holidays. Be prepared at the end of the contract to pay another month in maintenance allowance for things of their imagination, just so that You pay them more money And be careful. The windows do not close well. There is a terrible leak of cold air in the winter or hot in the summer. Its rating is less than a star. It should be zero. Bad management steals money. The end of the contract in various ways. Everyone should go to court to get justice to stop them from doing this with other people. Be careful of them. At the end of the contract"
"These apartments are so lovely and cozy. The location is absolutely perfect too, so walkable and so many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance! You just can’t beat this for the price! More than anything, the customer service provided is next level. I highly recommend working with Conner. He was beyond knowledgeable and understanding. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for for such a reasonable price! I had to change my move-in date multiple times and he was so understanding and accommodating. Working with him has been such a delight and I can’t recommend him enough!!!"
