"Everything was okay until the hidden parking fees for overnight guests & misleading info about application fees came along. Leasing office lady told me the unit I applied for wasn’t available but still showing as available on the website & that they don’t update it when someone takes it….. so keep taking money from people who need a place to live and when they point out it’s wrong, say that it’s non refundable and don’t follow up with them…. glad I didn’t end up living here. Do better."

"Maintenance is quick and helpful, neighbors are quiet and polite, property is well-maintained and cleaned, and everything is within a 2-minute walk (restaurants, stores, gas stations, etc.) Love these apartments."
